Drink cold water. It quenches thirst, helps you feel full and keeps your body operating at full capacity. Drink alcohol in moderation. Women who have two or more drinks a day and men who have three or more may run into the detrimental effects ranging from weight gain to relationship problems. Drinking too much alcohol may result in addiction, alcohol related disorders and diseases such as liver cirrhosis.

Do not just exercise a few times a week, but every day. Exercise can be broken up into small 10-minute sessions. Climb the stairs instead of taking the lift. Most individuals can begin moderate exercise, such as walking, without a medical examination. Cut down on processed foodstuff.
