Gaining Self Realization In A Few Steps

Self awareness is attained when an individual realizes their real character. Self realization brings a feeling of inner satisfaction. There are a number of ways that can be used to achieve this goal, they include:

The first step is comprehension of your true personality. It is easy for you to align your personality to your authentic self if you know the true nature of yourself. Venture into creating awareness of who you are by meditating and spending quality time with yourself. Your authentic self reveals itself through your deep desires. Identification of your genuine personality requires you to endeavor into a spiritual quest that allows you to look beyond the physical self.

After you have realized who you really are, rectify your weaknesses. The identified areas of strengths and weaknesses will eventually help you to make new life decisions for example, how to improve on your social life. The reason why people are not content with who they are is because; they have not discovered their real purpose. For a person to become goal-oriented they need to find out their right personality. It is important to realize want you want because it is a great step to making the desired changes in your life.

Once we are done with discovering your wants align your character. Understanding and strengthening yourself comprehension is important because bring out your true character. The assessment of your wants we have identified becomes much easier. If we constantly put your concentration into this endeavor, then we are able to gain the passion and enthusiasm that is needed to match out real self with your character.

Understanding your true self facilitates in the alignment of your character to reflect on your accurate identity. Your character determines your behavior and attitude. When you are faithful to your true self, then every action should reflect on your true desires. Personality is build by three bodies which include the emotional, physical and intellectual self. Collectively, these determine the actions we take.

The next step is aligning each of these bodies towards the true self. This is by making sure that your thoughts, emotions and actions reflect on your true nature. Having evaluated your desires and true self, then make sure that every decision taken is an expression of your real nature. This step is facilitated by regular meditation which allows you to remain alert to your right character.

Next, you need to assess level at which you make decisions. Decisions should be made to the extent at which they match your real self. For this step to be successful, you need to target your goals and wants to fit the decisions that are made. You should standardize these changes if once they are able to fit want you really want. If your decisions are not able to fit what you really want, then you should be able to modify then and go from step one.

Realization of your true nature will allow you to have a fulfilling life. It takes meditation and spending quality time alone to discern your authentic wants and desires. Once you have identified your true self, align you personality. Collectively, these steps allow you to have an understanding of who you are, what you need to change and how to change.
