When brushing, they usually tend to bleed easy. The bacteria infects the mouth if an individual does no practices proper mouth hygiene.

Another cause of these swelling is periodontitis. This is an inflammation of around the tooth of an individual. It is associated to continuous infection by the gingivitis bacteria. Actually, individuals who do not treat this gingivitis as soon as they notice it, it turns to periodontitis. Thus, if you have periodontitis infection within one tooth, it becomes important to take the recommended treatment measures. Failure to do so will may lead to serious health complications such as heart diseases and even stroke.

Again, this infection can also be caused by the common mouth infections. These infections are in most cases caused certain fungi and virus like herpes or even thrush. Once they infect your mouth, they may lead to swelling around your teeth, which if not treated in time may cause serious health complications. The only way to eliminate this disorder is to first treat the underlying mouth infection.

However, there several remedies, which are recommended for these disorder. Immediately after noticing sign of these infections, it is advisable that you use cloves oil. This oil contains a substance, which has a perfect ant-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. These substances will help you treat this disorder. You only need to mix olive oil and clove oil and soak cotton ball into the mix then apply it on the swollen area.

Another therapy for the infection is application of lemon water to the infected part of your gums. Since fresh lemons contains a number of nutrients such as Vitamin C, potassium, Calcium and some amounts of pectin fiber, it is deemed as one of the most appropriate remedy for this disease. Owing to the fine antibacterial nature, it has the ability to treat the disease.

Since time immemorial, one of the remedy, which has been used over the decades is a solution of water and salt. In fact, this the most appropriate remedy, which is recommended for healing the infection. It is very effective and infected individual is advised to rinse his or her mouth on regular basis since it is contains disinfectants, which helps to heal these swellings.

In addition, an individual can opt to use Aloe Vera. Medical research has shown that Aloe Vera is very effective in healing periodontal disease. Due to its antioxidant, antifungal and ant-inflammatory nature, it is usually in position to eliminate these diseases effectively.
