Discovering Emotion Code Therapy And Dr. Nelson

At some point and time, most people have encountered or dealt with emotional baggage whether living with, working with or going to school with others. Now, Dr. Bradley Nelson has developed a technique to eliminate emotional blocks which tend to be the cause of such emotional distress. The technique, known as emotion code therapy works to clear negative energy clusters which are often the result of past traumatic experiences and events.

Whether energy blockages are caused by current or past events, the technique has the power to eliminate emotional blockages and allow the physical body to heal. In addition, emotional issues often disappear, or at the very least, individuals can deal with stress and trauma much better in the future. For, there are a number of benefits to physical and emotional health when it comes using the technique.

Integrative practitioners now use the concept on an ongoing basis with a number of clients. For, Dr. Friedman and others believe that when the energy field or chi surrounding the body can be rebalanced, realigned or changed, life also changes for the better. Through muscular testing, integrative practitioners can release most hidden and trapped emotions by identifying the location of energy clusters which are residual blocks from past traumatic events. In most cases, these clusters cause emotional disruptions such as anxiety, fear and depression, thus keeping individuals from living a happy and fulfilled life.

The clusters are quite powerful and have the ability to effect physical tissue and emotions. As such, the longer the clusters exist, the more likely any emotional distress, disease and pain will only worsen over time. As such, it is important that individuals whom recognize these issues seek out treatment as soon as possible.

In most cases, these energy balls or clusters will vibrate at different frequencies based on the amount of time energies have been blocked. While this is the case, kinesiology or movement and practices such as rolfing, meditation and yoga can all be beneficial in eliminating and preventing negative energy blocks in the future. When it comes to rolfing, it is often considered one of the best ways to identify in which area of the body energies are blocked.

Once the emotions are released, most practitioners follow up with sessions to realign and rebalance energies inside and outside the body. After which, most provide an additional layer of muscular testing to discover if any blocks have been missed. If so, then most use a combination of therapies to clear any residual blockages before providing a final round of realignment and balancing.

After having received this final treatment, most clients report being able to handle stressful situations with a great deal more ease. Whereas, individuals whom had been dealing with a great deal of physical pain or emotional distress often report either being totally pain free, or experiencing a great deal less pain overall. Whereas, most also have an easier time dealing with difficult people and emotional situations once all energies are back in balance.
